 Hello, my name is Kerri and my role within Cedar Serenity Therapy and Counseling is to be the liaison between our practice and your health insurance company. I will advocate for insurance claims that have issues and also check to be sure that your claims are processing accurately according to your unique policy. My goal is to ensure that your billing experience is the best it could possibly be!

My undergraduate degree is in psychology and my graduate degree is in healthcare administration. I have worked in a corporate setting in risk management, compliance and compensation. My husband and I have three young children, Maverick (7), Lucy (4), and Leonardo (2). We enjoy spending as much time as possible outside sharing nature with our kids and our two dogs!
