We’re happy to guide you through your options and answer any questions about coverage.
If you prefer not to use isurnace or do not have coverage, you may choose to pay for services privately.
Cash, check, Health Savings Account (HSA), and all major credit cards.
Your appointment time is saved for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur a $90 fee charged to the credit card on file.
Each therapist offers a limited number of sliding scale fee sessions to clients with a signifiacnt hardship or low income.
Some clients choose to pay out of pocket. There are several reasons for this choice, including enhanced privacy and flexibility. If you'd like to learn more, please feel free to discuss options with your provider.
If your insurance is not listed above, out-of-network benefits may still be available. We are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Please ask us for more details if you’d like to explore this option.
